Schematic Design - Project Scoping

We help you determine the scope of a project by meeting with our client and conducting field inspections of existing doors, frames and hardware, then giving your a full door by door report, with recommendations and budget numbers.

Design Development - Preliminary Documents

We provide preliminary specifications, code review, product information with data sheets and budget numbers for review with our client or client representative.

Construction Documents - Final Specifications

We provide the final Specifications for the Construction Documents.

Bidding and Negotiation

Contract Administration

Through the construction process the contract administration is a vital part in making sure the project is completed correctly, on time and under budget.  Services include but not limited to:

• Project coordination meetings
• Product inspections prior to installation

Finishing the Project

Congratulations, you've made it to the end of your project.  Now, how do we prove to our client they received everything they paid for and it is installed  correctly.  A Final punch list inspection is the only way to ensure our client received the products that were specified and that they were installed per manufacturer and Code requirements.  WE ARE NOT DONE UNTIL YOU ARE!

THIRD-PARTY REVIEW

Are you using a "FREE" specification writer (usually a representative of a manufacturer) or attempting to write them yourself?  We can review the specifications for proper application, compliance and to make sure the "FREE" specification writer did not "load-up", make proprietary or lean the specifications towards their products.
